Vedan Trust’s Manthan Program has been creating spaces where young minds are encouraged not just to study—but to think, reflect, and grow.
Derived from the Sanskrit word Manthan, meaning deep churning of thoughts, this program is specially designed for school students to help them build emotional balance, clarity of thought, discipline, and confidence during their formative years.
Our early Manthan interventions in Bangalore schools worked closely with students of 5th and 6th standard, recognizing that the foundation of character is built early.
Manthan is conducted as an intensive one-month engagement program, combining:

Our initial Manthan program successfully reached 50 students, helping them improve emotional stability, classroom behaviour, and interpersonal relationships.
Teachers observed improved participation, reduced aggression, and better focus among students who completed the program.
