Our Approach
The power of transforming, bringing and sustaining the change lies with the people and the community around us. Collaboration with like-minded people and organizations fuels the efforts in building a robust structure to the programs. We study the ground reality of different subjects and focus on the complete Life Cycle of a project end-to-end driving its ability to selfsustain. We customize a system, spread awareness, implement as a framework and continuously work with stakeholders to attain a grip over the program and chieve a win-win situation. This will ultimately bring a change in behavioural aspect, reducing the dependency on people and become process-dependent rather than people-dependent. Idea:
Idea: We brainstorm an idea for a problem and design a system for possible approaches in to solve a problem in social sector.
Intervention: Observe the ground realities and identify the underlying root cause which needs an intervention. For example, recyclable waste (paper, plastic, metal) is either being burnt or sent to landfills. This is because of ignorance, convenience, loopholes existing in the current system or lack of concern towards environment.
Study: The identified issue it traced to its origins by an intensive ground-level study in order to draw appropriate solutions. We stress the importance on the Stakeholder involvement and their vested interests. This helps in systematically eliminating the root causes that leads to nonconformance of the system.
Design: We design a system with elements considering the interventions required, stakeholders involved and the right process to brought in place which helps establish the mechanism and sustain in the long run.
Awareness: Awareness gives the power to influence. By becoming more socially aware, we can make a difference in the world and create a more open, accepting, and compassionate culture. Our awareness programs are customized to the local needs and are delivered preferably in local and other languages in need which helps the community get connected to the cause.
Implementation: We facilitate in system establishment with all the required components and related stakeholders are trained to improve their knowledge, ability and skill to run the program efficiently.
Enforcement: We believe in community driven change wherein people and community themselves continue to act in sustaining the change. We handhold process execution at every step after a system in put in place. We facilitate and monitor the program until it is stabilized and become process-dependent rather than people-dependent.
