Hasi – School Painting

“Painting Schools for Improved Learning” HASI – SCHOOL PAINTING PROGRAM

Children are highly receptive to the visual learning methods which makes retention easier and long-lasting. This is where BaLA (Building as Learning Aid) is introduced in educational system which is an innovative concept towards qualitative improvement in education, through developing child-friendly, learning and fun based physical environment building in school infrastructure. Text book content is converted into visuals which act as teaching aids and worksheets for students. Schools that are colourful ignite the love for learning in children. For teachers, walls become easy-to-use learning aids. The activity also beautifies the walls improving the overall aesthetic value of the school. Volunteers join us in painting who go back to different concepts they learnt in school and represent interactive-art beautifully on the walls.

School painting activity is facilitated by selecting the schools with necessary permissions, supporting painting activities and training teachers on how to use the interactive walls by sharing the manuals. Workbooks will be distributed to students on the usage of walls for their learning.
